FIRST
TIME
CLIENTS
For any first time clients, please come 5 - 10 minutes before appointment time so that I have time to do a consultation before I start the service. This may include a few medical questions, any consultation forms and so we can talk about what style of brows/lashes/makeup that you like so that I’m able to create a look that you’ll love! If you have any photos of brows, lashes or makeup that you like please show me at your appointment for inspiration. My aim is for you to love your brows/lashes/makeup and to feel a million bucks when you walk out my door, that’s why that extra 5 - 10 minutes in the appointment makes all the difference.
For any client, if you are running late please message me to let me know that you are coming, I also have a COVID check in QR for all of my clients that enter my little space.

Please follow these tips for the best results
Before your Appointment
It is preferred if you come to your brow appointment with no makeup on and cleansed skin around the brow area.
Keep skin well hydrated in the brow area the week leading up to your appointment.
It may be more comfortable for you to remove contact lenses for the appointment
Please exfoliate around the brows the day before, this will remove any dry flaky skin in the area and prevent tint/dye from being patchy.
If you use fake tan, please do not tan your face. This can make the tint/dye turn green and also grab dry areas in the brows causing it to go patchy.
For lamination, please wait 2 weeks after a tint/dye application - this may affect the results of the lamination.
Please wait at least 8 weeks until you book in for your next brow lamination from your previous.

APPOINTMENT
Please follow these tips for the best results
Before your Appointment
Please come to your lash lift or lash extension appointment with NO makeup on, this will cut into the appointment time.
Please don’t wear any moisturiser or eye cream around the eye area, this causes the eye pads to not adhere to the skin and slip around.
Please remove eye contacts for the appointment.
Wait 2 weeks after a lash tint to book in for a lash lift.
Please wait at least 8 weeks to book in for your next lash lift from your previous appointment.
It may be easier to wash your hair the night before as you need to ensure you don’t wet your lashes the night after your service.
LASH EXTENSIONS
Please come to your lash extensions appointments and refill appointments with your lashes clean. I know sometimes it is difficult to clean them especially because it is hard to see but I ask for you to try your best as having to thoroughly clean lashes cuts down the appointment time. I have lash extension cleaning kits available that come with shampoo, a brush and a spoolie.
If you’re currently having your lashes done with someone else and they are going away or on maternity leave and you need a new tech to have your current lashes refilled, please message me and explain before booking in as my style is most likely different to your lash techs style, and I want to make sure you have continuity with your lashes.
I require you to have at least 40% of your lashes to be qualified for a normal lash “refill” appointment, otherwise you may be charged extra.
I recommend to make sure you’re booking your appointments in advance every 2 - 3 weeks.

APPOINTMENT

Before your Appointment
Please come to your makeup appointment with NO makeup on.
Skin prep is key - cleanse your skin the morning of. Make sure you’re keeping your skin well hydrated the week leading up to your appointment using a good moisturiser/serums and drinking lots of water. Exfoliating is great for removing dead skin cells and texture to create a smooth surface for a flawless application.
Keep your lips hydrated - use a lip balm or lip mask in the week leading up. If you suffer from dry flaky lips, a lip scrub will work a treat.
It may be worth booking in to have your brows groomed if you’re after a defined brow look.
If you have lash extensions, I recommend having the filled a few days leading up to the appointment. If they are gappy I will not be filling in the gaps or putting a lash strip over the top.
If you have had a lash lift/perm I won’t be applying a lash strip over the tip as it is nearly impossible.
If you suffer from sensitive eyes, it may be worth using eye drips before your appointment.
If you would like your collarbones highlighted and a glow spray applied to your chest, please come to appointment with strapless top.

MAKEUP

Group Bookings are available and I am happy to travel. However there needs to be at least 3 people for makeup and a travel fee will be applied.
I am taking wedding bookings. If you’re interested in booking me please complete the form on the Weddings Page of my website. Once I receive the completed form, I can send you through a contract with a full quote and all of the information that you need. All bridal parties go by quote.
As you have probably seen on my social media, I do creative and special effects makeup. If you are interested in having a creative makeup done for a dress up or Halloween party, please message me what you’re after and I’ll be able to give you a full quote. Keeping in mind I use extra special effects products and paints for these looks and it will take me extra time to do, so this service will cost more than a normal makeup.
Cancellation Policy
I have decided to introduce a cancellation policy to my business as I think it is necessary to avoid last minute cancellations and no show clients.
All clients will receive an SMS reminder the day before their appointment. I understand that life gets busy and things come up and that’s absolutely fine, I just ask to have at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation so that I am able to fill the appointment slot.
If I receive a cancellation the day of, I may ask for 50% of the service cost that you were booked in for and no shows will be expected to pay 100% of their service cost
I know it probably doesn’t seem fair to pay for a service that you didn’t receive, but at least if you’re able to give me enough notice I’m able to fill my appointments and there’s no impact on my business
